1. Consultation Fees:

Fees paid for consultation services are non-refundable, as we allocate time and resources based on appointments.

2. Service Fees:

Refunds for service fees will be considered on a case-by-case basis. If you are dissatisfied with our services, contact us within 3 days of the service completion to discuss your concerns. We will evaluate the situation and process refunds accordingly. The refund will be processed within 5-7 working days after approval.

3. Cancellations:

For cancellations, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of any pre-paid fees.

4. Processing Time:

Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-7 working days, and the amount will be credited to the original payment method or bank account.
